The Shubham Electricals tubular heating elements have established an imposing record for dependability economy and durability. The construction incorporates the best quality resistance wire nichrome 80/20 and materials, the heater winding being helically coiled and evenly stretched concentrically along the length of the element sheath by high purity grade electro magnesia, introduced in to the sheath bore by precision power filling equipment. The element sheath is subsequently compressed to solidly compact the electro magnesia, thus permanently registering the heater wire coils with the sheath bore in true alignment and concentricity.
The process produces :
An electric element of great mechanical strength, in many cases supporting yet sufficiently ductile to allow forming to any configuration, (Minimum bend radius = sheath diameter) A heating element of high dielectric strength, where the heater winding, protected by insulation and sheath, is impervious to air oxidation, and the effects of corrosive gases.
